The valves' integrated digital electronics enable proportional control of the closed-loop fluid flow, eliminating any performance drift during operation and ensuring extremely high positioning accuracy and thus flow control.
Thanks to the integration of flow, pressure or temperature sensors, Dolphin Fluidics' smart valves can, through dedicated firmware, control the customer's target function in closed loop. The valves can autonomously dose, dispense, profile or mix based on the signal received from the sensor to which they are connected.
Furthermore, as the valves are controlled by digital electronics, they can be easily connected, via serial bus or wireless protocols, to IoT cloud and mobile platforms enabling remote data exchange, management and diagnostics
